With a degree from Wizo Canada and over a decade in New York, where she founded NotFromHere, Gili Bar-Shay has built an agency known for its holistic approach, from strategic brand planning to packaging solutions that resonate. Her work has been recognized with prestigious awards, including the Star of Israel first prize in both 2022 and 2024, as well as the WPO awards in 2023. Known for her rigorous understanding of both business and design, she leads with an integrated, 360-degree approach, ensuring that each brand evolves with both purpose and precision.
Efrat Zohar
Efrat Zohar Weiser is a seasoned expert in developing advanced packaging solutions across various materials, specializing in designing and engineering three-dimensional paper structures and point-of-sale displays. Formerly the owner of the YZZ Advertising Agency and Tiger Paper production agency, Efrat combines hands-on expertise in fieldwork with exceptional creativity in paper engineering and product design.
Her innovative designs have earned prestigious accolades, including design awards in Israel, for work with leading brands. Over the years, Efrat has collaborated with companies in the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries, mastering the production and design processes unique to each sector.
